It’s absolutely tragic news that a woman in mascara was allegedly beaten by a man, also in mascara, so bad that Revlon didn’t have any matching eye shadow hues available from their “my husband hits me” line to cover up Amber Heard’s abuse. Johnny Depp is a lot of things. Is he a father of a woman whose forehead has enough uncharted area that it has been officially recognized as the final frontier? Yes. Is he a dirtbag that doesn’t pay his debt on time? Most likely. But a woman beater? I’m not sure. He looks more like the type to be caught wearing women’s clothes than beating them. Either way Amber alleges her reason for always paying that ridiculous fee to change a phone number multiple times was due to harassment. I could be wrong, but a person has to actually tell their alleged harassers what their new number is. It’s not like phonebooks still exist. Otherwise there would be way more people looking up Amber’s number to ask her if her refrigerator was still running.
After coming forward with abuse allegations against now-ex-husband Johnny Depp, Amber Heard had to change her phone number weekly to evade harassers.
In a new op-ed for the Washington Post, the “Aquaman” actress revealed she was receiving threats and feared for her safety.
“I write this as a woman who had to change my phone number weekly because I was getting death threats. For months, I rarely left my apartment, and when I did, I was pursued by camera drones and photographers on foot, on motorcycles and in cars,” she wrote. “Tabloid outlets that posted pictures of me spun them in a negative light.
“I felt as though I was on trial in the court of public opinion — and my life and livelihood depended on myriad judgments far beyond my control.”
It’s pretty much confirmed at this point that Amber doesn’t understand how life works. There’s a built in block feature on most phones. I currently have all bill collectors and one night stands on that uber exclusive list that automatically rejects all incoming calls and text from any number on it. She can either continue to get new phone numbers, or get a clue and stop giving out her information.
