DAMN

The Australian magazine Famous is the first to publish the pictures of Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minillio having sex in a hot tub while on vacation in Mexico last weekend.  There don't seem to be any decent scans online yet and none of the uncensored pics have hit but they more than likely will soon.   Lachey confirmed what the pictures were last week when he told OK! magazine that it was no big deal. 

"Where's the scandal?  I was in Mexico with my girlfriend of a year, celebrating our anniversary on a private vacation. It's not like I was caught with a Mexican hooker. We've all gone out and had a few too many and done something stupid. We've all made mistakes."

I don't know why Nick is even explaining any of this.  At some point this girl is gonna realize she's super hot and he looks like an ogre, so he needs to bang her as much as he can now.  He could F her on his mom's coffin and it would still seem completely reasonable.
