Forney, Texas, recently held a cute little “Be Mayor For A Day” contest, because it’s a town of 15,000 people, located about 20 minutes due east of Dallas, and that’s what towns like this do. Unfortunately the winner was an 11-year-old girl named Caroline Gonzalez, and so, naturally…

…changing the name of a street to ‘Justin Beiber Way’ was Caroline’s first task as mayor.
‘I like his music and I like him,’ Caroline said. ‘So I thought, why not have a street in my hometown named after my favorite singer?’

I don’t mean to generalize but most women are kinda dumb, and girls are practically retarded, so this is what you get when you hand them the reins of power. This never would have happened if an 11-year-old boy had won the contest. He never would have named a street in Texas after some twinkly Canadian fruit. He would have named it in honor of someone truly deserving, like Mike Hunt or Dixie Normous.
