Yeah, it’s a stupid fucking tradition that nobody steps on team logos baked into locker room carpets. It’s still a tradition. Like burning witches and suspecting self-satisfied bitchy midgets of being in league with the devil. Seeing the latter stepping all over the Blackhawks team logo before touching the Stanley Cup with his itty bitty paws, that’s just too much. Traditions and superstitions are mostly useless archaic nonsense. But they also serve as an excellent excuse to bitch slap the crap out of people who need a good beating.
