Kylie Bisutti claims in her new book that she gave up her brief modeling career because she hated feeling like a piece of meat, citing numerous examples of how she had to strip down to her underwear for photo shoots. Of course, she knowingly and willingly entered a Victoria’s Secret TV competition to win those opportunities, but she wrote that it was the stuff that happened after she won that really made her regret wanting to wear underwear for a living.
Now, reps from Victoria’s Secret have responded to the shots she takes at the company in her book, “I’m No Angel” by saying that she’s not honest either.
Ms. Bisutti has made numerous fabrications and misstatements of fact regarding her brief association with Victoria’s Secret… She was never a Victoria’s Secret ‘Angel’ as defined by the terms of our Angel model contract… She has repeatedly fabricated her work experience with Victoria’s Secret — including a relationship that simply did not exist. Yeah, but in her defense, the play on words in her book title is really clever because Victoria’s Secret models are called Angels and she’s really religious now. Then again, “These Tits are for God” would probably sell even better.
