Us magazine says that Britney Spears is at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and is being held as a "special needs" patient, meaning…

"they have either overdosed or tried to commit suicide. So we go stay with these patients and monitor them constantly. We watch them so they don't hurt themselves and watch the people who come visit them to make sure they don't pass anything to them."

Well Britney Spears is an idiot so any suicide attempt should be pretty easy to stop. She probably tried holding her breath or something she saw on Road Runner. It's amazing she's not covered in piranhas in this picture or the cops didn’t catch her standing on a big red X under a safe on a rope.
