Britney seems surprisingly upbeat for someone in the back of an ambulance. When the psychiatrists finally sat down to talk to her last night, their evaluation ended up just being some drawings of a koo-koo clock, although one doctor drew a baseball with a screw in it, so there is some dissension apparently.
