Flynet Online has video today showing Alli Sims being served by an ex-Israeli commando hired by Kevin Federline, who is hoping that Sims will be forced to admit Spears is a bad parent when placed under oath. The video shows Sims being handed a subpoena while a female voice that may or may not be Britney says "Alli, don't touch it!". Alli then leaps out of the SUV saying "I didn't touch it, I did not touch it!"

Well checkmate, legal system. Alli didn't touch your precious little subpoena, so now, what, she's above the law I guess. Some would say she's the ultimate weapon, especially if you need someone to ride in a limo while not touching things.
