LINDSAY REALLY IS IN REHAB

August 11, 2007 | celebrity | editor | 0 Comments

Um, so I guess it turns out Lindsay Lohan really is in rehab at the Cirque Lodge in Orem, Utah.  And not only is she there, but for the first time she might actually be determined to get sober.  She is not in a fabulous guest suite as reported earlier this week by "the Insider", but rather living in a spartan room that she shares with two roommates and she spends her time either in a structured recovery environment or doing chores such as cleaning bathrooms.  Her recovery actually began immediately after her arrest for DUI on July 24th.  It was then she began an intense medical detox at a facility in LA.  From there she went directly to Cirque.  TMZ says:

Sources inside the facility say that Lindsay attends 12-step every day as well as other meetings, talks with psychiatrists and psychologists, and receives "other medical treatment." She is not in a private room; she has two roommates. She spends time during the day and night washing dishes, cleaning toilets and doing laundry.  Doctors at the facility say she has been cooperative from the get-go.

All this is in stark contrast a to a report airing tonight on the Insider saying Lindsay is being given special treatment.  But the Insider has been wrong before.  Remember their story saying I've been turned down by two dozen online dating services.  Whatever.  Since when is 22 considered "two dozen".  Don't be so dramatic.
