LINDSAY HAD A LITTLE SOIREE

Even though she's currently in rehab and committed at least two felonies a month ago, Lindsay Lohan didn't seem to have a care in the world at her 21st birthday party yesterday in Malibu. It was a small party, mostly attended by family, this kiss-ass, and a few of her trouble-making friends like Samantha Ronson, Callum Best and DJ AM. In theory, no alcohol was served, and Lindsay seemed to spend much of the time taking pictures of everyone else. The "experts" may claim it's a bad idea to dump rehab for parties with the same drug addict friends that got you into rehab in the first place, but remember one thing: Lindsay is a retard.
