LINDSAY WAS DRUNK AND HIGH

According to multiple sources, Lindsay Lohan was drunk and had cocaine in her system when she crashed her car into a tree in Beverly Hills at 5:30am on May 26. TMZ says:

…toxicology reports conclude that Lohan, 20, had "nearly twice the legal limit" of alcohol and traces of blow in her bloodstream when she crashed her 2005 Mercedes SL-65 convertible into a curb on Sunset Blvd. Police tell TMZ Lohan and two other adults were in the car at the time of the accident. After the crash, she was taken to a local hospital and treated for minor injuries, then placed under arrest on suspicion of DUI. Cops later said they found a "usable amount" of cocaine in the car.We're told that the Beverly Hills Police Dept. could present the case to the Los Angeles D.A. in the next few days.

Well considering they didn't arrest her after she wrecked her car with cocaine inside and then fled the scene, it's hard to imagine the Beverley Hills PD is gonna do anything.  At best they'll charge her with Driving While Sleepy.  Then they'll give her a teddy bear and a mobile with little ducks and fluffy clouds on it and it plays lullaby's.  And that's how justice is done in Beverly Hills, baby!  (DUN-DUN-DUN!)
