DANIEL SMITH IS OFFICIALLY DEAD

The coroner in Nassau has finally issued a death certificate for Daniel Smith, the 20-year-old son of Anna Nicole Smith who died mysteriously on September 10th just hours after Anna Nicole gave birth in the Bahamas.  There is still no explanation for why Daniel died and no official cause may be given until pending toxicology tests are complete.  Yahoo says:

Filed on Wednesday, the death certificate lists the cause as "pending chemical analysis," said Chief Magistrate Roger Gomez.  “It is not unusual in instances where the cause of death cannot be determined to issue a death certificate," Gomez told The Associated Press. "This is not a matter of special treatment being given in this particular case."

I'm gonna go out on a limb and suggest that the Bahamas doesn't have the most advanced medical care in the world.  And maybe that's one reason they're so befuddled.  You don't see a lot of world leaders heading to the Bahamas for their transplants.  I'm assuming the coroner saw Daniel, tugged on his hair a little bit, Daniels head was still attached to his body, and after that the coroner had no plan.  "Well, fuck, I'm stumped, any of you guys got any thoughts."
