The always great Radar Online reveled yesterday that, in an almost unheard of move, Brittany Murphy has been dropped by both her agent at ICM and her manager at Brillstein-Grey. The reason why remains unclear. She’s a working actress with the new Jordache contract and a number of paydays already lined up, and all reps involved claim it was a mutual business decision, but sources say it was much more personal and may have been the result of whispers of heroin abuse and an embarrassingly deviant sex life. The last straw may have been the Ted Casablancas column on E! about an actress grabbing a waiter at a Hollywood party and having sex with him in a stairwell. Many believe that girl was Brittany.
Instead of an agent and money on the table, picture a lion and a limping gazelle, and you should have an idea of how often they walk away from something like that. Bad things clearly happened here. Brittany should wake up today and ask herself some serious questions, and not just the normal ones for her, things like “where am I”, “who are you”, “is there film in that”, and “why does my asshole hurt”.
