William Shatner is reportedly trying to get the doctor who removed his kidney stone to give it to him so he can sell it on eBay, claiming that it would be “the ultimate piece of Star Trek memorabilia.” Shatner, who is now 74, says he will give the proceeds of the sale to charity, but first he has to petition eBay to make an exception to their strict policy forbidding the sale of body parts online.
The assertion that a tiny pebble soaked in blood and urine and resting in formaldehyde would be the ultimate piece of Star Trek memorabilia needs no explanation. Shatner, therefore, does not go on to explain it. Also obvious is that any guy who buys this is gonna be a real devil with the ladies. A Star Trek fan?!? And you collect body parts?!? No more keeping girls in a well for you, my friend!
