The 2011 Vanity Fair Hollywood issue has arrived (with, from left to right, Ryan Reynolds, Jake Gyllenhaal, Anne Hathaway and James Franco on the cover, then Jennifer Lawrence, Anthony Mackie, Olivia Wilde, Jesse Eisenberg, Mila Kunis, Robert Duvall, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Andrew Garfield, Rashida Jones, Garrett Hedlund, and Noomi Rapace inside), and it’s a big deal because pictures of famous celebrities are still a fascinating novelty, and it’s always fun to see where the single person of color will get to stand.
