Lindsay Lohan is in big trouble this time

Judge Elden Fox was the one who allowed Lindsay Lohan to leave rehab yesterday, 68 days earlier than planned, and today he spelled out the newest terms of her probation. There’s no doubt she’s ready to change now, considering the valuable lesson she learned the last 10 times she essentially told the court to fuck off.

Lindsay must attend five AA meetings a week, will participate with a mental health professional several times a week and must reside in California until November 1.
She also must take random drug and alcohol tests and least twice a week.
Failure to abide by these terms can result in 30 days in county jail for each violation.

If I was an Oxford educated psychologist (and I’m not saying I’m not), I bet one of the things I would have learned is that threatening someone is less effective when they know it’s a empty threat, and has proven it, twice.

In 2007 she served 84 minutes of a 4 day sentence, and last month she served 13 days for a 90 day sentence. Whatever a celebrity in LA is given, the pussy sheriff cuts it by 95 percent. For her to actually spend 30 days in jail, the judge would have to order her to be ripped apart by horses.

So Lindsay can do whatever she wants and be in and out in a few hours. And even that ends in two months. KCAL says…

He also said she will remain on supervised probation only until November unless she makes a mistake.

She was supposed to be on probation until August of 2011, so if “supervised probation” means the same as “probation”, then I’m gonna spend the day shaking with rage because this jackass just cut it by 10 months.

Why is everyone pretending as if she never went to 3 other rehabs? Rehabs with excellent reputations, who never said anything about adderall being some portal of evil. God only knows how she keeps getting away with this, but if the answer doesn’t involve hundreds of blowjobs, someone fucked up.
