As part of her paint-by-numbers shocking behavior, Lady Gaga went crowd surfing essentially naked this weekend in Chicago at a concert promoters call “Lolapalooza”, and the CDC calls “Ground Zero” and labels on a map with circles that get lighter and lighter red as they expand outward.
