lindsay lohan feels vindicated

Anyone who is anyone in Hollywood was at the Laker game last night, which is why Lindsay Lohan was home on Twitter pretending to know what was going on (her analysis of the defense). But just before that it was me-o-clock when Lindsay linked to a report on E! saying her alcohol test was negative after her SCRAM bracelet went off last week.

I wonder if she’ll also link to Radar, who is reporting today that Lindsay actually had a .BAL as high as .04 and that her SCRAM bracelet was tampered with…

Lindsay’s alcohol level ranged from .03 to .04 from midnight to 3 a.m on June 6, during the hours after the MTV awards.
Lindsay’s alcohol levels were contained in a report prepared by SCRAM officials for the judge after Lindsay’s bracelet registered the presence of alcohol,
“There was absolutely no doubt that Lindsay was drinking, and the report that the alcohol monitoring service provided to Judge Revel was very detailed and extremely reliable.”

Just to be extra clear this is 2 separate reports being cited. Radar mentions one done at 3am, E! mentions one taken 8 hours later. But whatever. I just hope she goes ahead and has her inevitable relapse/crime spree because I never want to hear about this again. Just like my girlfriends miscarriage. Okay, yes, I get it, I’m not deaf.
