D’Angelo Russell Making Friends

There’s one rule of pussy hound club. D’Angelo Russell broke it when he secretly filmed his Lakers roommate Nick Young talking about boning a nineteen year old chick not his fiancee, Iggy Azalea. Nick Young goes by the moniker Swaggy P and watches E! television so you know he’s an asshole before you even hear him talking like an asshole. Doesn’t matter. Rules are rules. The tape got leaked to one of the growing number of fucked up rap culture gossip sites that trades in excitable lingo and mindless scandal like a black 90210 episode. Iggy Azalea thanked Russell then went back to searching for her missing chromosome.

You don’t hook up with a pro ball player because you want smart conversation and loyalty. I’d read Azalea’s tweet as a business joke. Lakers players are less amused with Russell’s brotherly betrayal and freezing him out both on and off the court. ESPN says it’s one of the reasons the Lakers lost to the Jazz by 48 points, their worst loss ever. Somebody’s ruining Kobe Bryant’s indulgent season-long farewell tour. Expect another poem written to basketball.
