Jessica Alba’s environmentally friendly organic products company is being sued, again. It’s unclear if her Honest Company is the subject of so much legal attention because of Alba’s celebrity status, or because they refer to themselves as The Honest Company while producing their all-natural products in a recalled hover board battery disposal plant in Guangdong. They’ve seemingly yet to put out a product with a cute baby face and the last Truffula tree that hasn’t come under attack as being filled with some amounts of chemicals that cause babies to bleed out through their ulcerated intestines. You’re going to notice that stain in the crib.
Some organics watchdog group is now suing the Honest Company over their supposedly organic baby formula which the group claims has a shit ton of non-organic ingredients. The Honest Company claims their product meets all USDA standards for organic as established by the grocery industry that fought desperately hard to drive organic products out of the market. The Honest Company produced a picture of the U.S. Secretary of Commerce hanging out with Jessica Alba smiling like a smitten schoolgirl. Just a reminder of the Don’s reach.
At some point everybody will begrudgingly admit that organic certification is utter bullshit, but who gives a fuck now that the organics food market is $45 billion. The only reason to shop Whole Foods is to leer at the bony hot chicks at checkout. They know you want to fuck them. No man willingly enters a store to pay four bucks for an apple.
