Miley Cyrus Pay Gapped

Miley Cyrus did a lengthy interview with Elle discussing many topics. Central of which, how she prepares to be on The Voice, which mostly entails getting high and annoying the contestants on single cam. Woody Allen also cast her as the lead in his Amazon series, which is a little too close for comfort. Cyrus still has another year or so to play off the pedo-bait thing. Apparently it’s working. She also revealed that Britney Spears may not know how to send a text message. So, nothing surprising or interesting. She then suggested she may have at one point been the lowest paid actor on Hannah Montana, although she has no evidence to support this obviously: 

“I mean, at one point — they’ll probably kill me for saying it — I was probably the least paid person on my cast because I didn’t know any better. I was just like, ‘I can be on Disney! Yeah, I want to do it!” My name was Miley on my show, but I didn’t own my name — we didn’t think about that. Like, ‘Yeah, you can use my name on your show, sure!’ My mom started understanding how many people take advantage of a child, so she hired smart people to protect me in that way. I’m happy that when I was younger, people protected me and put me in a position where I can now control my music.”

So, your shit-kicking parents hired a shitty agent? Shocking. What was the pay hierarchy on a low budget piece of shit like Hannah Montana? Here’s my guess: Scale all around. Cyrus doesn’t specify how long she was underpaid, meaning if it happened at all it may very well have been the first season when she was eleven. Also don’t negate the fact they let your retarded father be on the show, surely that counts for something. In Miley’s defense she’s just a stoned pothead who’s rambling vaguely about trends she picked up out of the ether. She’ll be an activist again the week before the MTV Music Awards come out. Until then it’s smooth sailing. Ignorance is bliss, so is being annoying. Watch out for Woody, based on your physical and emotional development he may think you’re still in junior high school.
