Charles Barkley Used The G Word

ESPN analyst Rachel Nichols didn’t appreciate Charles Barkley referring to the Golden State Warrios as playing “Little girly basketball.” To be fair, he probably wanted to say they play like “little bitches” but you can’t say that on TV and also it might irritate Kevin Durant’s dry vagina. Nichols says she reached out to Barkley who issued a half apology, probably while receiving oral sex. She went on ESPN to explain the situation:

“I did text him last night, and I said, ‘Chuck, think about how it feels for girls watching you to hear you use ‘girly’ or ‘girls’ as a substitute word for weak or lame? It’s not OK. And his point back to me was that he was just having some fun, and, as he put it, quote ‘intent matters.’ And he is right. But to borrow one of Chuck’s own favorite phrases, in my opinion, that is still not good enough of a reason to feel OK about using that expression. And this isn’t a PC [political correctness] police thing. I’m not offended in any way.”

So, girly and girl, not okay. Weak and lame, totally standard. What about viewers with muscular dystrophy, or the actual lame? Also, if you’re not offended, why bring this up? And how is it not a ‘political correctness thing.’ It sounds like the definition of one. If the best women at any level played the best men at basketball or any other sport they would get their asses handed to them. That’s why when your coach says you’re playing like a bunch of little girls, it’s supposed to motivate you. Red Auerbach would be rolling over in his grave. PC conversations are now being referred to as not PC conversations. It takes some degree of entitlement to put forth such an easily debunked statement with a straight face. There’s only one way to settle this, a game of one on one between Charles Barkley and Rachel Nichols. If it extends past ten minutes, admittedly, Nichols probably takes him
