Hollywood talent always ages in dog years. So when an actress is 30 multiply that by three. Should someone who needs to be in a nursing home land lead roles in summer blockbusters? Enter Blake Lively. That movie Age of Adaline she played in, film inspired by Lively’s autobiography. Blake has the year 1920 on her birth certificate and it shows. At least in addition to her birthday, she’s got the better version of the Dane Cook doppelgänger, Ryan Reynolds, to celebrate about. Ryan is doing things like Deadpool in Hollywood, while Dane is probably doing things like drugs since his disappearance.
Blake Lively celebrated her 30th birthday with friends including Anna Kendrick on Saturday, August 26, and shared photos of the party on Instagram. She cuddled up to jewelry designers Lorraine Schwartz and Ofira Sandberg. “Best bday surprise = my sisters from a different mama @lorraineschwartz @ofirajewelz,” she captioned the happy snap. “Love you til I’m 40. But not a day longer.”
Maybe my standards are a tad off from mainstreams opinions, but I wouldn’t cross a washed and hung out to dry actress off my list of things I’d like to introduce to my love muscle. So Blake baby, I’m casting for a role in my life that has your name written all over it. Whenever you’re done with a husband who has to take the cape off after playing Marvel and DC superhero only on the big screen, I’ll be here to save you. And I’ll still be dressed in tights when I come for you. Mostly because I’m overly invested in cosplay. Just don’t call the cops. I’m not a creep or anything. Cheers to turning 30.
