How I maximize fat loss https://t.co/Bvgpz1QerJ
— Kim Kardashian West (@KimKardashian) May 29, 2018
Kim Kardashian’s critics are often doing God’s work in calling her out as an amoral botched centaur, but with their latest round of h8er slamming, proved that they don’t necessarily know how to prioritize their battles. Just earlier this month Kardashian was slammed for pimping weight loss pops on her Instagram, and now she’s back suggesting something even more menacing as a means to lose weight: Exercise. Wake up America. Exercise is for h8ers. Twatters on Twitter claim that by promoting exercise Kardashian is basically insinuating that Chrissy Metz isn’t the poster child of health and perfection, and that’s not going to fly in 2018. Wake. Up. America.
Kardashian spreads her words of guru-like wisdom across both her social platforms as well as her exclusive VIP kimkardashianwest.com, which fortunately for the world is hidden out of sight behind a paywall. But one of her posts reserved for her A+ list fancy pants kimkardashianwest.com subscribers comprised of Kris Kardashian and lower-middle-class binge eating housewives in Toledo, OH, titled “How I Maximize Fat Loss,” weaseled its way out into the mainstream. According to Buzzfeed, in the post…
…she outlines her own workout plan which is spread across five days and involves walking on the StairMaster for 30 mins at a six-level speed, as well as walking on the treadmill for 30 seconds before sprinting for 30 and repeating the exercise 10 times.
While a grand total of ten minutes on a treadmill isn’t enough to make anyone remotely thin, it’s apparently enough to make you as fat as Kim Kardashian. Lesson learned. While this StairMaster #Ad is skirting the obvious – that Kardashian gets half her body weight sucked out and fed to Beast on a weekly basis – just acknowledging that exercise is an option for maintaining a healthy lifestyle is a huge step above the herbal tea laxatives her co-whore-ts pimp on the reg. But this sentiment isn’t shared by h8ers. Here are just some of the Twitter reactions:
or just let people be fat. be all shapes & sizes. time to get with the times Kim. we as women are more concerned in loving one another’s bodies , instead of constantly being pressed by your fat loss posts, so 2008.

I respect you. You are a smart business woman. But, I don’t like you always talking bout “fat loss” or “secret to losing weight”. So many young girls look up to you!!! Embrace curves and talk about being strong instead

So first you promote lollipops to help with weight loss and now this?!?!? Call yourself a role model!

Can we like stop encouraging weight loss for kids that are already hella insecure already. No one needs to lose weight unless there sick every body is perfect no one needs anything .

Things to maximise instead of fat loss
1) kindness
2) LOVE for yourself
3) joy
4) love for other people
5) interest in new things
6) the amount of dogs you play with on a daily basis
7) the amount of people you follow on social media that aren’t Kim Kardashian. https://t.co/DrxNL1QNqL— Emily Clarkson (@prettynormalme) May 30, 2018
So remember. Whatever you do. Don’t exercise. I was supporting body positivity with my daily regimen and I didn’t even know it.
