Celebrities are doing their part helping the public cope with the tragedy that occurred in Las Vegas. These celebrities come in either one of two tiers. Those that donated money, time, and resources. Or those that are devoid of money, time, and resources and are looking to score relief for themselves in the form of a huge PPV paycheck at the MGM in Vegas. George Foreman has given himself away as the latter. He’s one of the celebrities who most likely only digitally donated a “my thoughts and prayers are with Las Vegas” Instagram post. Senior citizen Foreman officially challenged another retiree home resident, Steven Seagal, to a 10 round boxing match in sin city. Because who doesn’t want to see old people beat each other until one party suffers from cardiac arrest.
Foreman challenged Seagal on Twitter on Monday. The retired heavyweight boxing champ and indoor grill entrepreneur says he will box and Seagal will be allowed to “use whatever,” except for weapons. The boxer says there is “no anger” against the actor and he simply wants to fight “just once more.” When asked by fans why Foreman is targeting Seagal, he said, “He really can fight” and that the actor is “big enough.” Foreman said he would not fight Jean Claude Van Damme because he is “too big to make that happen.” Foreman is 68 and Seagal is 65.
Mayweather and Conner obviously opened the door for this fight to happen. It’s the reason why ladies with beards make bank at the sideshow of any circus. America loves paying top dollar to watch a spectacle. When you’re a 60 plus celebrity boxer you shouldn’t need any more money. Especially when everyone in middle-class America owned a George Forman grill at some point in their life. Fire your financial advisor immediately if you have to risk your life in the ring just to keep the lights on. Because if your lights go out during the fight, there’s a good chance they’ll never come back on at that age.
