Bella Thorne Nipple Courage

March 1, 2017 | celebrity | matt-ralston | 0 Comments

Bella Thorne took to Twitter to express outrage that Extra blurred her prominently displayed nipples out during a lame interview she gave to promote her new show that nobody cares about:

“Blurred my nips… hoes.”

Wow were you slut shaming just now? Don’t throw stones in a glass house. It was pointed out by many that Extra was most likely blurring out a pin she was wearing but that didn’t stop her from deciding she was still right. Must be a fantastic way to breeze through life.

Social justice warriors were quick to point out the double standard that men can show their bare chests on TV but women can’t. It’s unclear what men are standing in the way of this progress. A typical op-ed piece in Teen Vogue jumped to Thorne’s defense:

“There’s nothing inherently sexual about female nipples or breasts. They’re only blurred because society has assigned a sexual nature to female nipples and breasts, even though they exist for a very natural and specific purpose.”

Are you fucking serious? Maybe there’s nothing sexual about a chick sucking on a penis. After all, the mouth has a natural and specific purpose. Thorne goes down on men and women, and she really wants you to know that. Proclaiming this information to people who didn’t ask is now considered activism. You’re wrong about the nipples, maybe everything else will start coming into focus now. Whatever happens in the future, hopefully scrotums remain banned from the airwaves, some double standards are in place for a reason.
