Alanis Morissette Enslaved Her Nanny

Alanis Morissette is in the shit for allegedly treating her former nanny like an indentured servant . Bianca Cambeiro is suing Alanis for 130k for back wages and damages after years of Alanis running her ragged on crappy long shifts and never paying her for all the extra hours. Bianca would sometimes work full, 24×7  in care of Alanis spawn and still receive zero overtime pay. I know that Alanis hasn’t had a hit song this century but surely she has a few extra bucks to give to the woman who is, you know, raising her fucking kids for her. Alanis is just the latest example of a celebrity treating her own employees in a manner that if she read some big business was doing, she’d strap on her hippy sandals for s protest march. I guess Alanis figured delivering her baby at home without pain killers meant her work was done. While it’s a little more than all the Hollywood ladies renting wombs or snatching up foreign babies, it’s still a little less than every other woman in the world.
