Paula Deen Drops Some Expensive N-Bombs

Fatty Southern Chef Paula Deen is in deep shit after she admitted in a deposition to saying racist shit around the office and planning a Southern plantation-style wedding with simulated slaves. It all came out as part of a court case brought by one of her former employees that charged her with racism and her brother Bubba (yes, really) with sexual harassment. She admits to making racist and anti-Semitic jokes in the workplace but says it’s all being overblown. Sure, she’s dropped the N-bomb to friends, family, co-workers, her customers, and her old dog Blue, but thems just jokes, y’all. She also admits that she wanted to hire middle-aged Black men to act as slaves at a wedding after visiting some other racist Southern restaurant:

“The whole entire waiter staff was middle-aged black men, and they had on beautiful white jackets with a black bow tie. I mean, it was really impressive. That restaurant represented a certain era in America…after the Civil War, during the Civil War, before the Civil War…It was not only black men, it was black women…I would say they were slaves.”

Who wouldn’t want a slavery themed wedding? Oh, right. 2013. Good luck with that legal settlement, Paula.
