You may remember that Lindsay Lohan and her lawyer were supposed to go to the LA County sheriff on Tuesday and request that they investigate Marisa Dugas, the woman who said Lohan assaulted her. And that Lindsays spokesperson was all but threatening Dugas, saying:
“You can’t just make accusations, file false police reports, and expect you’ll walk away from it and nothing’s going to happen to you. This woman’s going to learn a very tough lesson in these next few weeks.”
Well, shockingly, Lindsay never did go to the sheriffs department, and suddenly her spokesperson had nothing to say after a hotel employee confirmed Dugas’ story yesterday. Maybe he’ll have some thoughts on this second witness who does the same.
Another eyewitness, who is not a hotel staff member, has come forward in the alleged assault investigation involving claims that Lindsay Lohan shoved Marisa Dugas at a nightclub in The Standard Hotel, and has filed an official police report with detectives of the West Hollywood Sheriff’s Department, Radar is exclusively reporting.
It’s also worth noting that, despite what Lindsay claims, Lifetime still hasn’t officially cast her to play Elizabeth Taylor. They were expected to two weeks ago but never did. In part because they didn’t know if they could trust her. They should understand that Lindsay is honest now. Other than repeatedly lying about them and saying they’ve cast her when they haven’t. Other than that, I mean.
