Lindsay Lohan failed a drug test, positive for cocaine

Lindsay Lohan left rehab on August 24th, and on August 25th she was in a bar until 1am. 5 days after that she was pulled over by a cop for running a stop sign (on the way to the same bar as before), 4 days after that she hit a baby stroller with her car, and this weekend she was in New York (also a direct violation of her probation) at a bar inside the Standard hotel.

Oh gosh so where could this be leading…

Lindsay Lohan has flunked a drug test, the New York Daily News has learned.
The troubled starlet, released early from rehab last month, failed the court-mandated test sometime last week, a source said Friday night.
The terms of her probation call for her to get 30 days in jail on each of three counts. Prosecutors declined to comment.

I know I should hope she gets better, but she’s just so god damned entertaining this way. She’s like watching that Iraqi jumping jack video. Don’t do things the right way, flail around like an asshole and make me laugh.

UPDATE – TMZ is also reporting that she failed a test, and says the Los Angeles district attorney “has not been officially notified of the test results and no court date has been set yet.”

HOLY SHIT UPDATE: god damn, I assumed it was gonna be alcohol or weed. TMZ now says she tested positive for cocaine. This chick is a real go-getter. And Radar is saying she will be back in court next week for her probation violation hearing.
