and of course, Lindsay Lohan is out of jail

Lindsay Lohan should still be in jail tonight, and by that I mean she should still have about 20 days left from when she was given a 90 day sentence back in July. And then 90 days in rehab.

Instead she got out of jail, out of rehab, failed 2 drug tests, went to court today, was sent back to jail until October 22nd, and now is getting out of that too. The LA Times says…

Lohan’s attorney fought a judge’s order sending the troubled actress to jail without bail.
Lohan is now eligible to be released on $300,000 bail, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Patricia Schnegg said Friday evening.
The release on bail is granted on several conditions, including that Lohan wear an alcohol-monitoring bracelet starting within 24 hours of her release.
Other conditions require Lohan Lohan from possessing any controlled substances, must refrain from drinking and must stay out of places where alcohol is primarily sold.

Um, or what? What happens to her if she does? At this point her only punishment has been that they put her in an ugly outfit and take an unflattering picture, and the bitch is even getting pretty good at that.
