Despite being released by police just two days ago (more on that here), the man and woman who were initially investigated for the shooting death of Scott Ruffalo, the brother of Mark Ruffalo, who is an actor, therefore making this story more important, may not be in the clear just yet. TMZ says…
We're told when cops arrived at the scene they recovered two loaded guns. Law enforcement also tells us the call they got was to respond to an assault, not a suicide or accidental death.Shaha Mishaal Adham, the woman who was in Scott's apartment at the time of the shooting, told us yesterday Scott was playing Russian Roulette because he was "crazy." But our sources say cops aren't buying the R.R. theory. For starters, who shoots themselves in the back of the head when they're playing Russian Roulette? Now get this — law enforcement tells us paramedics didn't even know Scott was shot until he was on his way to the hospital. They say the wound was not apparent.
Ummm … what? Is it me or does this not really go together. He was shot once. If he had one shot to the back of the head, but the paramedics didn’t notice it, what did they think, he was narcoleptic? There would seemingly be nothing wrong with him, except he’s covered in blood and suspiciously not alive. Did they think it was all in his head? Psychosomatic? I’m not technically a paramedic, but I like to think if a saw a still-warm body covered in blood, it would set off a few alarms. "I saw something about this in class one day," I would say to myself with my hands on my hips. "Now what was it…"
