JENIFAA YOPEZ DEFENDS SCIENTOLOGY

The Daily Beast (I have no idea) has an interview with Jennifer Lopez today, and in it she talks candidly about her involvement with scientology.  Her father has been an active member for 20 years, and she’s good friends with famous followers like Tom Cruise, Katie Holmes, and Leah Remini, but she still claims to not be a member.

JLO – “I do know a lot about Scientology. And I know about the practices. I know all about what the technology is and all that kind of stuff. It’s very helpful. So in a sense, yeah, you do call on it.”TDB -“Do you consider yourself a Scientologist?”JLO – “No…I wouldn't have a problem saying [I was] because I know what it is. I have no problems with it and it really actually bothers me that people have such a negative feeling towards it.”TDB – “That it is too exotic? Too cultish?”JLO – “Just negative feelings.”TDB – “Would you consider schooling Emme and Max in a Scientology school?”JLO – “Yeah. I wouldn’t mind. Not at all. Because I know that the technologies that they have are very helpful…It’s all about communication.”

When JLo says she knows all about what Scientology practices, it's assumed she means that UFOs came to earth in 747’s and had a nuclear war, and now their souls are trapped inside of us.  Because that's what they believe.  And she agrees.  Which should be enough right there to have her declared crazy.  Actually this is so alarmingly dumb she could probably be declared legally dead.
