Less than 24 hours ago, Britney Spears had a "medical condition" that was so serious, the poor little lamb couldn't even make it to her court ordered deposition. But, ever the consummate professional, Britney gathered her strength and managed to drive around until 2am in front of the paparazzi. At one point, she pulled into a gas station, then drove off as her assistant was sitting outside pumping the gas. Her assistant had to call and remind Britney that she wasn't in the car. Assistant: Um, Britney…Britney: Who's this?Assistant: Yeah Britney, it's me, your assistant.Britney: Oh hey, this is so crazy, I was just talkin to you!Assistant: Yeah. Yeah I was in the car with you.Britney: Oh I know, that was so fun, we should do that again sometime!Assistant: Umm, how about now?
