BRITNEY IS ON TOP OF THE WORLD

There are very few bars in Hollywood hotter than Winstons, and now it's apparently one of the only ones with any dignity. Life and Style says Winstons has banned Britney spears because she was so much more trouble than she was worth.

Winston's has banned BritBrit, after a disastrous visit on Oct. 29, in which she kept ordering the bartender to switch clothes with her, which the woman didn't want to do, but there's no denying Spears. The mag also says that Brit was "obsessed" with the manager there, but that he got "sick" of her attention.

I can't help but like the idea of Britney free zones all around LA and Vegas. Maybe stores could put a placard in the window so you know, like a picture of a hot tub filled with donuts and then a red X over it.
