On August 26th of this year, at around 7:30pm, Nick Hogan was racing another car with his 2007 Toyota Supra, going 60 mph in a 40 mph zone. Moments later, he lost control and hit a 25 foot palm tree. Nick was mostly uninjured, but his passenger, John Graziano, has been in critical condition ever since. He is reportedly still in a coma and is not expected to ever fully recover. According to court documents, “the most Graziano can hope for is to open and shut his eyes periodically.”Earlier today, Hogan surrendered to police in Clearwater, Florida. He was charged with reckless driving involving serious bodily injury, use of a motor vehicle in the commission of a felony, a person under the age of 21 operating a vehicle with a breath-alcohol level of .02 or higher and having an illegal window tint. Nick, who is 17, will be tried as an adult. When issuing a statement concerning this mornings events, Hogans attorney found time to be a complete and total scumbag:
The tragedy to both families is compounded by the fact that unfortunately John was not wearing his seatbelt. Thankfully, Nick was wearing his. Because of what happened to John, the entire Bollea family will make it a priority to increase public awareness about the importance of always wearing your seatbelt.
I agree that the “tragedy to both families is compounded by the fact that unfortunately John was not wearing his seatbelt”. This John guy sounds like a real jerk! Nick had a few beers then drifted a race car down a city street, but this John character didn't have his seat belt on. If he had, he would have just floated around like a little angel during the wreck. What a dick this John is! I hate you so much! Lucky for him he's catatonic, because I'm gonna go give him a piece of my mind, and he's not gonna wanna see this attack coming.
