Kate Beckinsale and her husband, "Die Hard 4" director Len Wiseman, went trick-or-treating with their daughter Lilly last night, and I'm not entirely sure what the deal is with staring at a camel toe six inches away from a little kids head, but I have to imagine it's wildly illegal.
