"Due to the restructuring of the Playing for Good Foundation, the philanthropic trip to Rwanda that the foundation had previously planned with Paris Hilton has been postponed," the organization said Thursday in a statement."Paris has been a loyal and gracious supporter of Playing For Good but the foundation has to regrettably reschedule this trip. Playing for Good would like to thank Ms. Hilton for her generosity and her continued support of this initiative and is looking forward to rescheduling the trip with her at a later time."In September, she announced her plan to visit Rwanda, the scene of genocide in 1994."There's so much need in that area, and I feel like if I go, it will bring more attention to what people can do to help," she told E! Online at the time.

I had to walk around with my hands over my head for a while to catch my breath, for that is how shocked and amazed I was that Paris Hilton would not be following through on a pledge.  I know this says it wasn't her fault but obviously there are plenty of other charities she could work with if she actually gave a shit.  They should create a charity where you get high and blow guys.  Then she'd be all set.  In 40 years we'd be minting her image onto coins.
