SO WHERE ARE THE KIDS?

Us magazine says that Kevin Federline and Britney Spears' mom Lynn have been working together to take care of Sean Preston and Jayden James while Britney continues in her very public meltdown.   Federline is also getting help from his mom, who flew to LA the same day Britney was checking in and then out of a rehab in Antigua.  A source close to Spears says – and this may be the most amazing thing yet – that Britney's family has now unified behind Kevin.  A source tells Us:

"Britney's family feels that Kevin has been a blessing and they are very impressed with Kevin taking so much responsibility.  Britney's family found out from the news this morning that Britney had left the rehab. Britney has not asked to see the kids because she knows she is not well and she does not want to scare Preston. She has no credit cards or cash. She is basically on the run at the moment."

Jesus, don't be so dramatic.  They make it sound like she escaped from prison.  I hate to be a buzz-kill, but she lives like three minutes from the rehab she was in yesterday.  She could just go home.  It's not like shes running from CIA assassins.  She's a bad mom, not Jason Bourne.
