Most people feel that a live performance of dance music is best when the singer is drunk as hell and therefore has to stand perfectly still while she sings. It's either that or fall down. And if you're one of those people, then Fergie stated her case as the most electrifying performer of our generation last night at the Billboard Music Awards. She does shuffle back and forth a little bit, and moves her hands from one hip to the other, but it was either that or fall asleep. Man, look at her go! That’s some hot shuffling action, my friends.
