An attorney for Larry Birkhead, the ex-boyfriend of Anna Nicole Smith, is accusing Smith of dying her new daughter's hair black to look more like Smiths current boyfriend, Howard K. Stern. Stern has dark hair, Birkhead has blond. Birkhead was originally thought to be the father, but now Stern claims to be, a claim Birkhead is fighting and attempting to settle in court. Birkheads attorney said:

"It's horrendous. We are calling our experts right now to see if dyeing an infant's hair is any way toxic or harmful to a child."

This is gold medal winning white trash behavior. This might be a peek behind the curtain, one of the reasons you don’t see a lot of white lab coats standing over a centrifuge in trailer parks. It will be a miracle if she even used hair dye. The baby is gonna show up with her entire head black, painted with shoe polish. This is probably how Anna Nicole thinks the paternity trial is going to go:

Judge: Hmm, all the genetic markers match, the DNA seems conclusive, this baby is clearly…Anna Nicole : But my little’ns got black hair!Judge: CASE DISMISSED!
