APPARENTLY LINDSAY IS THIS DUMB

So despite looking oddly fake, this picture is apparently real.  The Sun UK published the pictures this morning and said:

The awesome thing is that her skirt here isn't even close to being on.  It's up by her damn ears.  And her jackets fucked up.
