Suri Cruise may have been spotted – the first solid proof she even exists since she was born 86 days ago – by an employee of a health food store in Telluride Colorado, where Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise are currently vacationing. Us Weekly quotes the employee as saying that Suri is “funny-looking.” Katie Holmes has been seen around town, without Tom or the baby, and when asked about her daughter, Katie simply replied:
“Suri’s doing great! She’s back at the house.”
For whatever reason, from the very beginning, there have been questions if Katie Holmes was ever really pregnant. Back on October 10, 2005, the New York Daily News ran this blind item:
“Not everyone is buying that pregnancy story. One PR pro unconnected to the couple says: ‘I wonder if she’ll lose the baby sometime around December. Nobody can write anything mean about a miscarriage.'”
Obviously a miscarriage was never announced, but this is pretty close. Both scenarios prominently feature no baby. Proving you exist is fairly simple. For example, I did it just now. We’re not asking for Suri to build a log cabin, we just wanna know if she’s stuffed with sawdust and has buttons for eyes.
