Ashlee Simpson is moving

Ashlee Simpson, 21, is putting her Encino, California mansion on the market for 6 million dollars, less than one year after moving in. No one is quite clear how Ashlee Simpson got 6 million dollars to buy a house, but her plan now is to find a beach house to be closer to guitarist/surfer boyfriend Braxton Olita. When asked what she loved about the Encino house, Ashlee said:

“The selling point for me was the closet. It’s 1,300 square feet! (There are) mountains on one side, the city on the other. (And I) can see my parents’ house.”

If you’d like to know which one is Joe Simpson’s house, look for the one with huge back wall of glass and a shark tank and a model of an underwater layer and pictures of Nick Lachey in the crosshairs and Joe in front of the glass in a post modern chair and a hairless cat on his lap and he’s tapping his fingers together and saying, “yes, yeess, everything is going exactly as planned.”
