Kristin Cavallari is Daisy Duke

Kristin Cavallari is reportedly set to take over for Jessica Simpson as Daisy Duke in the sequel to ‘the Dukes of Hazzard’. The second movie will actually be a prequel, shot as a direct-to-video release with an entirely new cast, with Daisy, Bo and Luke Duke all written to be roughly 18 years old. One of the producers said about Cavallari:

“She’s at the top of the list. I like her innocence and her beauty.”

I assume some people are gonna make a big deal out of this because Nick Lachey dated Kristin for about 5 minutes right after his break up with Jessica. So he has now nailed 2 out of 3 Daisy Dukes, despite looking like some kind of goblin. Fantastic.
