Christina Aguilera at MTV Awards

One of the headliners at this years MTV Movie Awards was Christina Aguilera, who performed her next single, ‘Aint No Other Man’. AFI and Gnarls Barkley also performed at the show. One person who was expected to appear but did not was Britney Spears. When asked about her ex-rival, Aguilera said:

“It’s a shame Britney doesn’t go to any shows or awards anymore, because they are so much fun, even if you’re not nominated for things, I miss seeing how hot she looked on red carpets and seeing her at awards and shows was the only times we really had time to catch up with each other because we’re both so busy”.

It’s easy to forget these two even were rivals at one point. Britney has fallen so far so fast and Christina still looks cutting edge hot. Like, if they were fighter planes, Christina would be the FA-22 Raptor and Britney would be a port-a-john with some roman candles duct taped to the side. Except, replace that with something that is funny and makes sense.
