Natalie Portman says that actresses who agree to do projects just for the money are no better than prostitutes. She says she only takes roles based on the artistic merit of the project, regardless of budget or her paycheck. Natalie, who once told Allure magazine “I’m not black, but I know what it feels like” now says:
“I don’t want to ever be working for money because then you are no different from a prostitute.”
I’m not a prostitute for the money, I’m a prostitute because my uncle sexually molested me. So, wait … Natalie’s uncle made her act? I’m confused.
