Drew Barrymore is concerned

January 26, 2006 | celebrity | editor | 0 Comments

Drew Barrymore says that she would love more time to experience other cultures and learn about the outside world and thinks becoming a reporter or taking a job with UNICEF would make her a better person.

“I actually love journalism. I would love to work for a travel magazine – get sent places and experience the world, people and cultures, and get smarter by getting outside my own environment. I think that’s an interesting role. I’d also love to work for UNICEF. Actually a UNICEF magazine – that would be perfect.”

The only place I would send Drew and expect any insight is maybe a cupcake factory. Nothing is better in this world than spoiled Hollywood stars treating other countries and cultures like its the zoo. Send Drew to a tribe in Ghana and she would end up throwing peanuts at them. And I’m not sure if Drew knows this, but other people with jobs go to college and train for them. Drew couldn’t get into college unless it was in Oklahoma or Montana and she claimed to be 140 percent Navajo Indian. And even then she would have to show up in handmade moccasins and leather dress and dance with a rattle until it rained.
