Angelina Jolie is Vesper Lynd. Maybe.

Following up on a previous post, word today is that Angelina Jolie has been offered the role of Vesper Lynd in the upcoming remake of Casino Royale. The Sun UK says that “film bosses” – probably at Sony, since no one in charge of James Bond has any idea what the hell they’re doing – are desperate to cast Jolie, and she has read the script but so far isn’t happy with the character. She is said to want the role toughened up, with Lynd written as a stronger, more ruthless character. A source tells the Sun:

“Angelina would rather play a baddie than eye candy.”

Man, do I know that feeling. I’m not just a pretty face and a tight ass, but at the same time I’m not gonna apologize for being this beautiful. I don’t spend an hour on the Stairmaster every morning just to hide these buns. I’m not gonna brag about my skills in the bedroom though, because of lot of that talent is just god-given. Call me, ladies!
