Angelina Jolie is the next Bond girl?

Various wire reports and the Sun UK claim today that Angelina Jolie is in talks to be the new Bond girl in the upcoming Casino Royale. Producers are desperately trying to sign her to play Vesper Lynd, a Russian double agent who seduces James Bond. Almost exactly a year ago on the red carpet for the premier of Alexander, Jolie was quoted as saying “It’s been a lifetime ambition of mine to play a 007 villain.” Says a source attached to Royale:

“Angelina is simply perfect for the part of the ultimate Bond girl.”

This story is way too good to be true, since Angelina Jolie isn’t just the worlds best potential bond Girl, she’s the worlds best everything. If you could get a close up of my brain when I’m thinking about Angelina, it would just be images of trains racing into tunnels, automated wood splitters splitting logs, fireworks, rocket ships on launching pads, stuff like that. And then I remember she’s dating Brad Pitt. And then the video changes to that same rocket on the launching pad just tipping over and crashing, like some footage from the Russian space program in the 50’s.
